We select them according to how the finished product will be used, your wishes (feel, colour, customization&#8230;), but also your restrictions (cost, quantity&#8230;). Following the advice of our design office, we can combine several materials to create <strong>a unique and personalised product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"PVC\"><\/a>Soft PVC<\/h2>\n<p>This material is no longer a secret to us! We have been using <strong>HF<\/strong> <strong>welding<\/strong> to process <strong>flexible PVC<\/strong> since the 1960s and <strong>thermoforming<\/strong> since the 1980s, in our workshops in France. As a result, we have a large choice of already existing or adaptable tools. We only use high quality <strong>PVC<\/strong>, REACH compliant and phthalate-free.<\/p>\n<p>Available in a wide variety of colours, grains, thicknesses and customizable by all <a href=\"https:\/\/designduval.mutuphp7-1.imagescreations.eu\/qui-sommes-nous\/outils-de-production\/#techniques-impression\"><strong>printing processes<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>PVC<\/strong> has endless possibilities for unique creations.<\/p>\n<p>Flexible, strong, washable, it can be used for many purposes.<\/p>\n<p>When processed by <a href=\"https:\/\/designduval.mutuphp7-1.imagescreations.eu\/qui-sommes-nous\/outils-de-production\/#soudure-H\"><strong>HF welding<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>PVC<\/strong> can be used to make<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>products subject to intense use (legal book or diary covers, card holders, dividers, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>folders, displays, cases, boxes exposed to bad weather or intense use (building sites),<\/li>\n<li>transparent covers (file covers for health or vaccination booklets, Household Registry, passport, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>opaque or transparent pockets or sheaths, with original shapes or made up of several layers,<\/li>\n<li>any waterproof or inflatable product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With <a href=\"https:\/\/designduval.mutuphp7-1.imagescreations.eu\/qui-sommes-nous\/outils-de-production\/#thermoformage\"><strong>thermoforming<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>soft PVC<\/strong> can be used to make<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>shells for your thermoformed displays, designed to hold your products or removable samples,<\/li>\n<li>thermoformed wedges to deliver parts in your factories,<\/li>\n<li>blister packs to make your products tamper-proof.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Leader in France for the use of <strong>PVC<\/strong>, we contribute to the <strong>creation of sustainable solutions<\/strong>. Indeed, <strong>PVC<\/strong> has a good ecological balance sheet. Its transformation requires few natural resources and low energy consumption compared to other materials (plastic or else). Furthermore, <strong>PVC<\/strong> is fully recyclable when it reaches the end of its life cycle. And all our scrap is shredded and reused.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rigid expanded PVC<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Expanded PVC<\/strong> (type Forex\u00ae) is a rigid and light <strong>PVC<\/strong>. It is easy to work, cut, drill&#8230; and can be printed! The ideal material to manufacture your <strong>exhibition panels <\/strong>in all sizes.<\/p>\n<p>Staying at your side in the <strong>creation of a turnkey support<\/strong>, we can make and\/or <a href=\"https:\/\/designduval.mutuphp7-1.imagescreations.eu\/presentation-et-fabrication-echantillons\/panneau-plv-sur-mesure-pour-presentation-dechantillons-aluminium-et-bois-avec-faconnage-des-echantillons\/\"><strong>fix your samples\/products on the panel<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"polypropylene\"><\/a>PP (polypropylene)<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Polypropylene<\/strong> is a thermoplastic polymer with remarkable properties. It is resistant, waterproof, can be personalised by printing or adding accessories, and is available in opaque, transparent or translucent finishes. Its rigidity requires no cardboard reinforcement.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>Design Duval<\/strong>, we process PP by cutting, creasing and folding to <strong>make binders, dividers, boxes, large or small cases and POS displays<\/strong>. <strong>Polypro<\/strong> can also be transformed by ultrasonic welding to <strong>make book covers, diaries, notebooks, pockets or file covers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Polypropylene<\/strong> is appreciated for its low tooling cost. While cheaper than <strong>PVC<\/strong>, it is however less flexible and less resistant.<\/p>\n<h2><a id=\"eva\"><\/a>EVA<\/h2>\n<p><strong>EVA<\/strong> is a highly flexible copolymer. It is known for its softness and flexibility. It is a rubber-like material with a very pleasant feel. Waterproof, UV-resistant and odourless, <strong>EVA<\/strong> is used in many industries such as packaging, medical and food. <strong>EVA<\/strong> is available in various opaque or translucent colours, as well as transparent. It can be processed by heat-sealing and can also be sewn.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>Design Duval<\/strong>, we have selected it to <strong>manufacture flexible promotional packaging <\/strong>for lingerie (especially <a href=\"https:\/\/designduval.mutuphp7-1.imagescreations.eu\/beaute-bien-etre-cosmetiques\/pochette-maillot-de-bain-transparente-en-eva-sur-mesure-2\/\"><strong>swimwear<\/strong><\/a>, because of its waterproof properties), cosmetics and even the automotive industry.
