• the inside layout to display your chosen content in the best possible way: vehicle folder with or without stretch pleats to adapt to different thicknesses of documentation, number and shape of card holders, accessories such as pen holders, metal corners, etc.
• the finish : sewn or welded, with zipper or closing flap, with magnets or snap fasteners, square or round back, reinforced with cardboard or foam …
• the design : feel and texture of the chosen material, decorative stitching tone in tone or in line with your CI, your logo blind embossed or screenprinted, or as metal emblem, printed on the lining or even in offset for trendy fun bags …

We design the folder as it has been defined, submit an offer and produce a dummy of your log book wallet, so that you can both evaluate the quality of the finish and check whether all contents fit into it.

We are of course also familiar with the various VDA standards (emission testing, odour, fogging, climate tests, combustion behaviour …) and can recommend the materials that meet these standards.
And if you want to provide each of your vehicle types with different versions of log book wallets, that is of course possible too.

We are used to deliver “just-in-time” and store the log book folders either at our premises in France or in our logistics partners’ warehouse abroad, if this solution proves to be more economical. In this way, we can adapt to any request: weekly or monthly delivery on call or according to an agreed schedule to one or more sites, delivery of complete trucks to order or other options to suit your demand.

Of course, everything can run via a WebEDI connection, but you can also do without it, because we constantly supervise your stock at our premises to inform you in time if a new release has to be planned.
