Thermoformed wall display panel for decorative wood laminate samples

A smart layout to hang the display and modulate the number of samples.

Our client, a specialist in the manufacture of decorative wood laminate panels, asked us to find a practical solution to display almost 200 samples.

We created a reinforced thermoformed PVC support with 24 recesses in which samples of 50 x 50 mm can be clipped.

Two perforations with metal eyelets at the top and bottom allows the display to be joined to other displays using hooks, thus increasing the display surface and the number of samples. The eyelets are also used to hang the display on the wall.

Easy and economical to customize

On each thermo, a space for a sticker in the retailer’s colours has been allocated.
Our client’s sales consultants can therefore benefit from a customized, flexible and cost-effective support.

For this project, Design Duval also took care of

• cutting the samples to the required size,
• marking the samples with the sticker provided by the client. The samples were placed by the client, who adapted the POS display to the needs of each retailer.
